This hotel is on the outskirts of Telford near a busy road junction. Our room was clean and functional but with a few maintenance issues (some flaking paint, and a rather too enthusiastic shower). Good buffet breakfast. Large car park but no electric car chargers.

Modern hotel in quiet leafy location within walking distance of Telford town centre. Spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent facilities and air conditioning. Friendly, courteous & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and restaurant meals

The building is not scenic. Placed next to shopping centre. But it is a decent place for a short break. Rooms are clean and comfy. Sauna, steam room and whirlpool are of good temperature and clean. Restaurant’s food is decent. Waiters Shan and Marta are very attentive.

Clean quiet hotel. With a good breakfast. Reason I gave 4 not 5 - bar area is hectic, we queued to get a drink then asked for cocktails and was asked if we would mind waiting another 10 minutes whilst they served the people behind us to bring the queue down! Seriously do not offer cocktails if you haven’t staff. They had a function going on - but clearly not enough staff. Dinner took forever! We were refused entry into the pool as we hadn’t booked a slot- again who knew you had to book & why were we not told on booking. They cater for spa days, so didn’t have space for hotel guests!
